If you use our contact form, the information you enter is saved on the server and sent to the owner's email address. This information is only used for continuing the conversation regarding your enquiry, and will never be sold or otherwise released to any third parties. This doesn't apply in situations where an official body is entitled to request any information we hold that may be relevant in the investigation of a crime or other official purpose.

If you're a customer, we may collect additional information about you, your location or your needs. If the information wasn't collected through this website, it's not saved on the server but in our locally held register. This information will also remain private and will never be sold or released to others unless legally required by an official body.

If you have a password protected client page or gallery, where you can review raw material and select your photos, this page will be given a title which can be your name, a description of the gallery's content, or a randomised name. In some cases subgalleries are created with names descriptive of their categorisation. The client page or galleries are not listed anywhere on the site or by search engines and are only accessible through the private link we share with you using a unique password generated for you. You can request for this password to be changed at any time. When your final photos have been delivered to you, the galleries are removed from the server. The client page is usually kept in case of future need, and it holds no information beyond the title given to the page. You can also request the removal of this page at any time.
