When you first get in touch, we'll discuss your photography needs by message, face to face or video call. The first consultation is always free, and we'll go through what kind of photos you need, how we can make it happen, and how much it might cost overall. When we've reached a package we're all happy with, I'll send you a draft contract to look over and sign.

Before a photoshoot, you can share any ideas, thoughts and questions you might have. We can use a Pinterest board, folder or virtual mood board for collecting examples of images you like.

We'll also agree on a communication channel, usually Whatsapp, Telegram or email. This will be a quick and easy way to ask me anything – there are no silly questions, and the clearer our shared vision becomes , the easier it will be to make your dream photos happen.

The details of the photo session depends a lot on what we're taking photos of. If it's your wedding, you don't have to do anything but be the star of the day – I'll make sure to be in the right place at the right time, give light instruction for posing if needed, and go to our predetermined contact person with any questions or issues that may arise.

For different kinds of portrait sessions we'll meet in a more relaxed setting. You won't be flung in front of the camera right away, instead starting with an overview of what will happen over the session and how we can best create a relaxed and safe atmosphere. You don't have to be experienced at modeling, the most important thing is to be yourself, and we'll work to find the poses and angles that feel right for you. You can see the photos in camera during the session and share your thoughts on their direction.

In events and parties we will have discussed beforehand what the schedule is and what kind of photos we need to capture. During the event we should also have a line of communication with an agreed contact person in case of changes or challenges.

In business projects like CV photoshoots, product photo sessions or image bank shoots, we'll always have an agreed contact or team to work with to make the photoshoot happen with a clear and realistic schedule and targets. Real life, of course, likes to serve unexpected snaggles, but with good communication, creative problem solving and a positive outlook we've always managed them so far! 

Usually within a week or two of the photoshoot you'll get a password protected link to an online gallery of unedited, low resolution versions of your photos. You can choose your favourites or brief me to do it for you, and I'll edit the selected photos making sure the colours, light, contrast and cropping are just right and all photos together form a cohesive set. You can leave comments and questions about the editing process in the online gallery or through our main contact channel. 

When we're both happy with the results, I'll send you a bill including the remaining balance of your package and any additional services or costs agreed during the project. When the bill is paid you'll get a folder with the images in the agreed format in both high resolution suited for printing and lighter versions better for online use. This is usually a Google Drive folder, but we can also agree on another mode of delivery, like a USB stick. I also keep all final and original images as a backup.
