I always take a good amount of photos to ensure there's a good selection. In addition to the good ones there's also a few less perfect ones. When shooting in action, some photos may end up out of focus or awkwardly cropped. In the editing phase I go through these and make sure the final set fulfils the expected standards. The successful photos are finalised for consistent colour, light and contrast and good cropping and framing.

Kuvien määrä voi siis vaihdella tapahtumien välillä riippuen tapahtuman koosta, aikataulusta ja ohjelmasta. Takuuni on että jokaiselta kuvatulta tunnilta saat vähintään 20 lopullista kuvaa, mutta käytännössä olen aina toimittanut huomattavasti enemmän, usein jopa 100+ kuvaa / tunti.

Yes, definitely. As a general rule my contract allows me to use photos in my portfolio and in marketing my services, but this can be negotiated on a case by case basis. For example, a women only event, an LGBTQ+ community gathering or a fetish party might want to ensure a safe and private experience to all participants, and in these cases we'd make sure that the photos will be for your use only and my backups will be stored separately marked as private.

You can use the delivered photos for any and all of the purposes agreed in the contract. For private persons this usually means you can use them in your social media or website and make prints for you or as gifts. For companies and organisations this usually covers all company communications, marketing and internal use. 

If photos from the event depict something that falls under someone else's copyright, this can affect how the photo can be used in some public contexts. If this is the case, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Reselling the photos either as image files or prints is not allowed, and requires a separate contract. Any such needs are good to bring up as early as possible so we can make a proposal and contract that cover your real needs, but it can also be negotiated at a later date.
