Who we are
Negin Hosseini
I started photography as a hobby almost 20 years ago through street photography. I didn't know at the time it had a name, I just knew I was excited about capturing the people and stories around me.
When I came to Finland in 2012, my first home town of Hyvinkää had more nature than street to photograph, so I also started to practice portraits in different environments and look for events to take photos of. Event photography became my first freelance offering in 2019, and in 2022 I took the leap into full time photography.
At the core of all my services are the people – genuine, beautiful, unique people. Whether in portraits or as the hero in a street photo, they are all the main character in a story only they can tell, and it's my honour to capture them into photos that can keep virtually forever.
Jimmy Salermo
I've had a long career in the design world starting from visual design through user experience design and finally as a strategic service designer. I jumped out of the consulting world a few years ago and alongside my own projects started to support Negin with her business.
I work on the website, marketing, proposals and contracts, take care of the calendar and help out on photoshoots in many roles from driver to second shooter when needed.
My service design experience and Negin's warm and human-centric approach make a good combination – we want to make each project, and especially each photo session, into a fun, safe and inspiring experience.
